I recently had a problem with my 97 Tahoe so I dropped it off to have a free diagnosis done. I thought it was a problem with my torque converter but it turned out to be a misfire in the engine causing it to shudder. They told me what was wrong and how to fix it. I have had them do the transmission work on our trucks in the past and yesterday we took one of our trucks to them because it was acting like it was having a transmission problem. They took it for a drive, looked under the hood and realized that the reason the truck didn't have power was because of a dirty filter.
