These guys helped me out tremendously! My engine was makkng a horrible thud! I thought it had something to do with recently being hit while parked. It turned out to be the motor mounts. I had an estimate from another repair shop. Transmission city looked at the estimate and showed me how the other guys were overcharging me. My experience with Transmission City has been very positive. I bought a Toyota because I wanted a car that has a good record for reliability and longevity. This car is definitely not typical in that respect. They put a new transmission in my car and it was not an easy task.
