I went in to Transmission City in 2011 to have my transmission looked at. Nate and Rolf were great to work with. Both of them were very personable and both very knowledgeable about the problems with my transmission. I had them put in a rebuilt transmission in my 92 chevy 4x4. It's been great. I also had them diagnose and repair a transmission problem with my Ford 1 ton box van delivery truck. It is now shifting gears like it supposed to. Every time I come in they are more than willing to drive me to my home when I leave the trucks to be repaired. That is a big help to me. Each time I have come in, Nate has broken down each problem with the parts listed and the cost involved. It's nice to know up front what the expense will be and not get a big surprize at the end of the job. They have been honest and up front with me and if the job is going to take a little longer than expected, I always get a phone call letting me know.
